(the “Issuer”), priced an underwritten public offering of $200 million in additional senior notes due 2034 with a reoffer yield of 5.110% (the “notes”). The notes will be the senior unsecured obligations of the Issuer and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Essex. The notes offering is expected to close on August 21, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
