Shares of biotech company Regeneron (NASDAQ:REGN) fell 19% in the afternoon session after the company announced mixed results from its Phase 3 trials for itepekimab, an experimental drug for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). 

CEO Matt Garman said AWS is working with Nvidia to expand access to the chipmaker’s new GB200 semiconductors, which are now available for customers to test.

Shares of IT incident response platform PagerDuty (NYSE:PD) fell 11.2% in the afternoon session after the company reported underwhelming first-quarter 2025 results: its full-year revenue guidance was lowered and came in below expectations. The company's EPS guidance for next quarter also fell short of Wall Street's estimates, reflecting a more cautious outlook on enterprise spending.

The upside came from Shoe Station, which posted nearly 5% sales growth while the rest of the market shrank.
