Insight Select Income Fund Announces Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders Relating to Reorganization With and Into KKR Income Opportunities Fund
Insight Select Income Fund (
NYSEINSI) (“INSI” or the “Fund”) announced today that, at a Special Meeting of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Shareholders”), the Shareholders of the Fund have approved the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (“Reorganization Agreement”) providing for the transfer at net asset value of all of the assets and certain liabilities of INSI to KKR Income Opportunities Fund (“KIO”) (the “Reorganization”).

Insight Select Income Fund Announces Change in Portfolio Management Team
Effective immediately, the Fund’s portfolio management team at Insight North America LLC has changed as follows: Erin Spalsbury joins James DiChiaro as a portfolio manager on the Fund and Gautam Khanna will no longer have day-to-day portfolio management responsibilities for the Fund. Erin Spalsbury has served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Insight North America LLC since August 2019.
