Andersen Strengthens Private Client Services Practice with Addition of Managing Director, Fanny She

Andersen welcomes Yingsi (Fanny) She as a managing director in the firm’s Private Client Services practice, further strengthening its ability to serve ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family enterprises, and private companies with sophisticated tax strategies.

With more than 17 years of experience, Fanny has guided clients through multijurisdictional compliance, planning, and structuring across flow-through entities, corporations, trusts, and cross-border tax matters. She is widely recognized for uncovering strategic opportunities in international investments, intergenerational wealth transfers, and operational tax planning, delivering forward-looking solutions tailored to today’s complex needs.

Previously, a tax managing director at a Big Four firm, Fanny managed a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients while also leading firmwide initiatives in talent development, digital transformation, and business growth.

“Fanny’s ability to deliver integrated strategies across borders and entities will be an immediate asset to our clients,” said Mark Vorsatz, global chairman and CEO of Andersen. “Her perspective strengthens our Private Client Services practice at a time of increasing global complexity.”

“Fanny’s expertise and leadership will not only deepen our client service but also support the growth and development of our professionals,” added Dan DePaoli, U.S. country managing director. “We are excited to welcome her to the team.”
